Your data is protected by Jonny Shield, our AI-powered security system. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We perform daily backups via Jonny Vault, and our infrastructure is monitored 24/7. We follow industry best practices for data security and regularly audit our systems.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. Our analytics (Jonny Analytics) are privacy-first and do not require cookie consent banners. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or share analytics data with advertisers.

We use select third-party services to provide our hosting infrastructure, process payments, and send transactional emails. These partners are bound by strict data processing agreements and are only given access to the minimum data required to perform their function.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can request a full export of your data, opt out of marketing communications, or request account deletion by contacting us at privacy@jonny.cloud. We respond to all privacy requests within 30 days.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account termination, we retain basic records for up to 12 months for legal and accounting purposes. Backup data is automatically purged 30 days after account closure.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email and update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of jonny.cloud after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
